RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We have a 14-day return policy for 
unopened and unused items only.

Due to the nature of dietary supplements, 
we cannot accept returns on opened or 
used products for health and safety reasons.

To request a return, contact us at 
lymphexofficial@gmail.com within 14 days 
of receiving your order with your order 
number and reason for return.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged contact us immediately with photos and 
we will send a replacement at no cost.

REFUNDS
Once your return is approved, refunds 
are processed within 10 business days 
to your original payment method.

LOST PACKAGES
If your package is lost in transit we 
will investigate and offer a replacement 
or full refund.
